OVERVIEW

These are the Campaign-specific Rules (“Rules”) for the TikTok Summer Hub activities (the “Campaign”) which is available to 18+ users on the TikTok Pro Platform (the "Pro Platform") in the USA.
These Rules form a binding contract between you ("you" or "your") and TikTok USDS Joint Venture ("TikTok" "us" or "we"). Please read these terms carefully.
By participating in the Program, you agree to abide by these Rules as well as to our Terms of Service (which incorporate our Campaign Terms & Conditions), our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines and any other policies on the Platform as such terms may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms therein (collectively, the “TikTok Policies”).
The Rules must be interpreted harmoniously with the TikTok Policies. However, in the event of any conflict between the Rules and the TikTok Policies, the Rules shall take precedent. The TikTok Policies and these Campaign-specific Rules are together referred to as the "Terms".

PARTICIPATION

Your participation in the Campaign does not cost any money. To participate, you enter the TikTok Summer Hub on TikTok (via banner, widget, invite link or icon on your profile page) and confirm your participation.


The Campaign will be available from 31 July 2026 ending on 30 September 2026 inclusive.

HOW DO I START PLAYING?

1. Enter the TikTok Summer Hub from TikTok Pro (via banner, widget, or icon your profile page).
2. Complete activities & collect Stars; participate in the Trophy Rush program and complete other activities to collect Stars.
3. Redeem Stars for TikTok Shop products, TikTok Shop coupons or ask TikTok to make a donation to your chosen charity.

HOW DO I COLLECT STARS?

Play Trophy Rush

• Trophy Rush is a referral program which is available in the TikTok Summer Hub. You invite new and existing users to join TikTok Pro to get the opportunity to kick the soccer ball and earn Stars:
• New TikTok users, who download TikTok or TikTok Pro and have not previously downloaded, registered for, or used either application on any device, create a new TikTok account ("New Users"), and enter the Rewards page via the Unique Referral Link;
• Existing Users are people who already have a TikTok Pro account.
• When playing Trophy Rush, you will need to collect a certain number of Stars before you can redeem them for a reward. You will need to successfully invite a certain number of New Users to be able to collect all Stars.
• You have 24 hours to complete the round of Trophy Rush. At the end of 24 hours, Trophy Rush will refresh and your referral link will expire. You will lose your accrued Stars if you do not win the game in 24 hours.

Kicks

• Tap 'Kick' to kick the soccer ball.
• Kicks are just for fun and all users collect the same amount of Stars each time they kick the soccer ball.
• You will get 3 free kicks without completing any successful invites. However, you will need to kick the soccer ball 5 times to be able to collect the minimum number of Stars needed to redeem for a reward. You will need to successfully invite new user(s) to get your last 2 kicks.
• Each time you successfully invite a user, you will get the opportunity to kick the soccer ball, simply tap 'Kick' to kick the soccer ball.

Invites

• You should only invite friends to join—i.e., people that you personally know and who consent to being invited by you to play. You must comply with all applicable laws when inviting friends to play, and not invite anyone who does not consent to you inviting them, or has told you to stop inviting them.
• You can invite friends by tapping 'More kicks' or 'QR code' and either:
• sharing the link which you can find on the Trophy Rush page, or
• clicking on the 'invite' button on the Trophy Rush page and choosing one of the sharing options (e.g. via WhatsApp).
• Your invited friends will need to do the following:
• Step 1: click your invite link or scan your QR code, and
• Step 2: verify that they are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their State), and
• Step 3: (i) if they are a New User, sign up for a TikTok Pro account; or (ii) if they are an Existing User, login to an existing TikTok Pro account.
• Friends who you invite need to click your invite link or scan your QR code and complete all of the instructions shown before you can collect Stars. Please note your link will expire at the end of a 24hr round.
• Friends you invite must (i) be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their State), and (ii) reside in the USA and must not use a VPN or any other similar tool or service that obscures or misrepresents their location
• You are able to invite a maximum of 2 New Users per day.

Experimental Features
We may, at our sole discretion, test different versions of the Summer Hub with different groups of participants at any time (“Experimental Features”). These Experimental Features may include, but are not limited to, variations in reward amounts, reward types, referral requirements, activity difficulty, or user interface. Consequently, the mechanics, rules, and rewards available to you may differ from those available to other participants. We are under no obligation to offer any specific Experimental Feature or reward to all participants, and we reserve the right to start, stop, or modify any Experimental Feature without notice or liability.

Invite Friends to Scan a QR code

• You can collect 300,000 Stars by inviting new users and 200 Stars by inviting existing users who have not logged in today to TikTok Pro by having them scan your QR code.
• New Users are people who have never downloaded TikTok Pro or registered an account.
• Existing Users are people have have TikTok Pro and have registered an account. To collect your 200 Stars, the invited user must not have opened TikTok Pro today.
• Users must complete registration within 24 hours of downloading the app.
• A new user can support another user only once across all TikTok Pro activities.
• During the activity period, share your link or QR code with your friends to invite them to join you on TikTok Pro.

Joining the Campaign

• You will receive Stars per day when you access the TikTok Summer Hub and tap the button next to the activity.
• You will be able to do this once per day for the duration of the Campaign.
• The amount of Stars you can collect may differ based on the day you participate and from the amounts offered to other users.

Reservation

• Enter the TikTok Summer Hub and tap 'Reserve'. Enter the TikTok Summer Hub again on the day of the activity and collect Stars per activity.
• The latest you can reserve an activity is the day before day of the activity. You will be unable to reserve activities on the day of the activity.
• You can only reserve activities one at a time and you will only be able to reserve the next upcoming match.
• You can turn on push notifications so you get a reminder to come back and claim the Stars on the activity day. Please note this will mean that you receive all push notifications from TikTok, not just those relevant to this Campaign.
• Please note, the outcome of the activity will not impact the amount of Stars you receive.
• The amount of Stars you can collect may differ based on the day you participate and from the amounts offered to other users.

Posting Content on TikTok Pro

• Collect Stars every 24 hours when you post content on TikTok Pro using one of the filters which is shown in the TikTok Summer Hub.
• Enter the TikTok Summer Hub, select a filter from the list shown, tap 'Post' and take a photo or video and tap 'Post'.
• You will receive Stars once your video has been successfully posted.
• We will revoke any Stars which are claimed in respect of uploaded content which is reported or removed because it is inappropriate or violates our Community Guidelines or other policies. You can find out more about our Community Guidelines here.
• You will only be able to collect Stars for this activity once per day. You continue to post content on TikTok Pro using the listed filters, however you will not earn any additional Stars for doing so.
• The amount of Stars you can collect may differ based on the day you participate and from the amounts offered to other users.

Searching for a Hashtag on TikTok Pro

• Collect Stars per day when you search a certain number of the featured hashtags shown in the TikTok Summer Hub.
• To conduct a search, enter the TikTok Summer Hub, select a hashtag from the list shown and tap 'Search'.
• You will receive Stars once you have searched for all the hashtags.
• Please note that each search needs to be different. To complete each of your searches, you will need to navigate back to the TikTok Summer Hub, find the search activity again and follow the steps above.
• You will only be able to collect Stars for this activity once per day. You continue to search for content on TikTok Pro using the listed hastags, however you will not earn any additional Stars for doing so.
• The amount of Stars you can collect may differ based on the day you participate and from the amounts offered to other users.

Following a Featured Creator on TikTok Pro

• One time offer — Collect Stars when you follow any 3 accounts selected from the list of accounts which are shown in the TikTok Summer Hub.
• Tap the 'Follow' button next to this activity in the TikTok Summer Hub to access the list of featured accounts which you can collect Stars for following.
• If you follow more than 3 accounts per day, you will not earn any additional Stars.
• Stars will not be deducted if you choose to unfollow any of the accounts you follow during this activity.
• The amount of Stars you can collect may differ based on the day you participate and from the amounts offered to other users.

Liking Content on TikTok Pro

• You can collect Stars per day when you like a certain number of videos shown in your For You Feed.
• Tap the 'Like' button next to this activity in the TikTok Summer Hub to be taken to the For You Feed on TikTok Pro where you can scroll and like the required number of videos.
• You can choose to like as many videos as you want. However, if you like more than 3 videos per day, you will not earn any additional Stars for doing so.
• The amount of Stars you can collect may differ based on the day you participate and from the amounts offered to other users.

Discovering Content on TikTok Pro

• You can collect Stars per day when you watch content on TikTok Pro.
• Tap the 'Explore' button next to this activity in the TikTok Summer Hub to be taken to your 'For You Feed\ on TikTok Pro where you can watch the required number of videos.
• There is no minimum time required to be spent watching videos before you can collect Stars.
• The amount of Stars you can collect may differ based on the day you participate and from the amounts offered to other users.

Note: In order to check if you completed the activities and to award you Stars, TikTok will process information about how you engaged with TikTok Pro while completing the activities. For example, the accounts you followed, hashtags you searched, etc. Please read our Privacy Policy, which explains how TikTok processes your information in connection with TikTok Pro.

STARS

1. You collect Stars by participating in the Campaign and completing activities.
2. Stars are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. No substitutions or cash equivalents are allowed.
3. Stars have no cash value. You acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to any monetary payment for your participation in the Campaign.
4. You are responsible for paying any taxes related to any Stars you collect. Stars are given inclusive of tax (if applicable). TikTok is under no obligation to support you in making a claim for refund or relief from any tax authority in relation to any Stars you collect.

WHAT CAN I DO WITH STARS?

1. You can use redeem Stars for TikTok Shop products, TikTok Shop coupons or ask TikTok to make a donation to your chosen charity.
2. Before you can redeem Stars or access rewards, we will verify that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your State).
3. TikTok Shop products:
1. After we verify your age you can access the Redemption Shop in the TikTok Summer Hub. The Star value of TikTok Shop products will be displayed in the Redemption Shop.
2. Choose your product and tap 'Confirm' to initiate the check-out process. You will be able to redeem your Stars at check out and place an order for your chosen products.
3. You must collect all Stars required for a selected product before you can complete the check-out process.
4. You must collect a minimum of 10,000 Stars before you can redeem Stars for TikTok Shop products.
5. If any of your selected products become unavailable, you’ll receive TikTok Shop coupons of equivalent value, with no minimum spend required.
1. These coupons will be valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
2. The coupon can be applied at checkout for any eligible TikTok Shop purchase.
3. All coupons are subject to TikTok Shop Coupon Terms & Conditions.
6. TikTok Shop products include free shipping. For rewards issued as TikTok Shop coupons that you use to purchase products, shipping fees and taxes may apply if the coupon value doesn’t fully cover the total cost.
7. Where you redeem Stars for TikTok Shop products, these items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or a refund of Stars.
4. TikTok Shop coupons:
1. After we verify your age you can redeem Stars for TikTok Shop coupons in the TikTok Summer Hub.
2. You must collect a minimum of 10,000 Stars before you can redeem Stars for TikTok Shop coupons.
3. All coupons are subject to TikTok Shop Coupon Terms & Conditions.
4. Where you use TikTok Shop coupons to purchase products, shipping fees and taxes may apply if the coupon value doesn’t fully cover the total cost.
5. Donations:
1. For every 10,000 Stars collected, you can ask TikTok Pro to donate $1 to charity of your choice, which you can choose from a pre-approved list of charities.
2. TikTok may agree to donate a minimum cash amount to certain charities. Where this is the case, if the total Stars collected by you and other users for that charity is less than the minimum amount, TikTok Information Technologies UK Limited will donate the balance up to the minimum amount.
