PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. YOU MUST AGREE TO THESE TERMS, TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM.
The TikTok Purple Ticket Program in the United States ("Program") and all participants shall be subject to the terms and conditions as set out below (these "Terms"). The promoter of the Program is TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC and its affiliated companies (“TikTok USDS Joint Venture”, "we", "us", or "our"). TikTok works with service providers and business partners, such as BD TikTok USA LLC and its affiliates (hereinafter referred to as "TT Commerce & Global Services"), and our affiliates, in order to provide certain important functions of the Program so that you and other users can use them and enjoy a global experience, including in connection with commercial services and activities.
These Terms form a binding legal agreement between us and the participants in the Program, and set forth terms and conditions for the participation in the Program available on the application owned or controlled by us in the United States, including, without limitation, TikTok mobile application ("Platform"), our related websites, services, applications, products and content owned or controlled by us.
These Terms are subject to, and shall also include, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and other policies on the Platform as such terms may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms therein (altogether, the "TikTok Policies"). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and our Terms of Service, these Terms shall prevail. We reserve the right to suspend, postpone or cease the Program at any time without prior notification.
We are solely responsible for the running of the Program. TT Commerce & Global Services are solely responsible for any payment or financial obligations in relation to the Program. For the avoidance of doubt, neither Apple nor Google is a sponsor of, or responsible for conducting, the Program.


PARTICIPATION
Your participation in the Program is free.
To participate, locate the Program in your app by clicking on the Purple Ticket icon in the top left corner in the app.
You will be prompted to read these Terms, which you must accept to be able to participate. By participating in the Program, you accept the following terms:


ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS
Only the following inviters ("Eligible Participants") will be eligible to join the Program and have the opportunity to receive rewards:

  1. residents of the United States and are not using a VPN or similar tool;
  2. at least 18 years of age as of the commencement date of the Program；
  3. must be valid and registered TikTok users and logged into a valid TikTok account as of the commencement date of the Program；
  4. compliant with these Terms, the Community Guidelines and all TikTok Policies at all times during the Program Period; and
  5. are not using a VPN or similar tools that obscure or misrepresent their location.

Invitees must meet the following eligibility criteria in order for the Eligible Participant's invitation to be eligible for rewards ("Eligible Invitees"):

  1. residents of the United States and are not using a VPN or similar tool;
  2. at least 18 years of age as of the commencement date of the Program;
  3. new TikTok users, who download TikTok, create a new TikTok account, and enter TikTok via an invite link;
  4. comply with these Terms, the Community Guidelines and all TikTok Policies at all times during the Program Period; and
  5. are not using a VPN or similar tools that obscure or misrepresent their location.

Anyone who violates these Terms or any of the TikTok Policies will be disqualified and not eligible to collect rewards or participate in the Program.


PROGRAM AND REWARDS
Eligible Participants can complete tasks for the opportunity to receive the rewards detailed below ("Rewards"). Tasks will be offered in the Platform, will include the specific Reward in the offer. Tasks and Rewards are subject to change, at TikTok's sole discretion.
Task and Reward Limitations: The Task may be subject to a cap, which can be both a daily cap on the number of invitations an Eligible Inviter can send, or an overall cap on the Task.

User Referral Task:

1. Inviter Process: Eligible Participants can earn a Reward by inviting eligible invitees for this task (each an "Eligible Inviter"). Eligible Invitees include:

We will provide each Eligible Inviter with their own unique referral link that they can share with Eligible Invitees via SMS, email, and social media.

2. Invitee Requirement: Eligible Inviter will only receive rewards when their Eligible Invitees visit the Rewards page.

4. Invitee Rewards: Eligible Invitees that are new TikTok users may receive up to $10 in Rewards. Eligible Invitees who receive such rewards can access the Rewards Balance Page and can redeem their Rewards balance for TikTok Shop coupons. Eligible Invitee's redemption of the Rewards for TikTok Shop coupons are subject to sub-section 5 (Rewards Balance Redemption) below. Eligible Invitees may also be eligible for all Inviter Rewards described above, including becoming an inviter and inviting others.

Rewards Balance Redemption: Eligible Participants can redeem their Rewards Balance once per day; for example, if the Eligible Participant's Rewards Balance is $22, the Eligible Participant can redeem the a portion of the Balance for one $10 TikTok Shop coupon, and will have a remaining TikTok Purple Rewards Balance of $12 that can only be used to redeem for another TikTok Shop coupon the next day. Coupon value types are subject to change at TikTok's discretion. Once Rewards are redeemed for a TikTok Shop coupon, it cannot be reversed. Upon the redemption of Rewards for a TikTok Shop coupon, TikTok Shop coupons must be used within 15 days and are subject to the TikTok Shop coupons terms and any other conditions as presented in the coupon.



DISQUALIFICATION FROM THE PROGRAM
You must not:

You acknowledge and agree that if you violate these Terms or the Terms of Service, TikTok will be entitled to regulate, suspend and/or terminate your applicable TikTok account, including all rewards, in TikTok's sole discretion as it deems appropriate and TikTok USDS Joint Venture and our affiliates, service providers, and business partners, including TT Commerce & Global Services, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and advisors will not be liable to you or any third party for any loss or damage in connection with the violation or loss of the Rewards.


GENERAL

  1. TikTok reserves the right to refuse to award any rewards should a participant not comply with these Terms or any terms of the TikTok Policies, or if TikTok determines a participant has tampered with the Program in any way.
  2. Rewards are subject to inventory. TikTok will make reasonable efforts to identify recipients who should receive Rewards and deliver Rewards. In the event that TikTok is not able to properly identify the participant and/or the participant did not provide the correct shipping address, or a Reward is not deliverable for any reason, such Reward will be addressed at TikTok's sole discretion. TikTok reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice, to substitute the Rewards with other Rewards of equal value if it deems fit. TikTok USDS Joint Venture and our affiliates, service providers, and business partners, including TT Commerce & Global Services, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and advisors are not responsible for unsuccessful efforts to identify or notify a participant of potential rewards.
  3. Rewards may expire. Participants should redeem Rewards in a timely manner. It is the Participant's responsibility to maintain records of their Rewards and their redemption.
  4. TikTok will notify participants who should receive Rewards, including, depending on the reward, immediately or through TikTok notifications in their inbox.
  5. TikTok may post and will make available information to identify Program participants who have received Rewards.
  6. Rewards are not exchangeable nor replaceable and cannot be transferred to other TikTok users or to other TikTok accounts or to any other person or account. No substitutions or money equivalents for Rewards are allowed, except by TikTok, who reserves the right to provide a reward of equal of greater value in the event of non-availability.
  7. Users are solely responsible for their use of any reward. Users are responsible for any taxes or other costs or requirements associated with receipt and/or use of the reward.
  8. Further requirements and details of any Rewards are addressed in the specific Program terms.
  9. If there is any third party interference with the Program in any way that disrupts proper operation of the Program and/or makes it impossible to conduct the Program as TikTok reasonably anticipated, TikTok reserves the right, at its discretion, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Program, as appropriate.
  10. TikTok reserves the right to disqualify any participant if it has reasonable grounds to believe that users of the Program ("you" or "your") (i) have tampered with or attempted to tamper with the process or operation of the Program; (ii) you have breached these Terms, the specific Program Terms or any TikTok Policy; (iii) you have engaged in any activity not in the spirit of the Program; (iii) you have made misrepresentations or engaged in any illegal, criminal or fraudulent activity in connection with the Program; (iv) you have employed any agent or bot or automated process to participate for you.
  11. Each eligible user can participate in this promotion during the promotional period. An eligible user refers to a natural person with legal capacity who uses the TikTok app and service. We reserve the right to determine so by the TikTok account, name, phone number, device ID, and other relevant information authorized and available to us. Should there be any breach of the terms or fraudulent or abusive activities detected, TikTok reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or claim back the offer of the Rewards and to take legal action.
  12. We and our affiliates, service providers, and business partners, including TT Commerce & Global Services, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and advisors are not responsible for any event of force majeure (including natural disasters, activities subject to the instructions of government agencies, cyberattacks, pandemic, actions taken by governments meeting the 'force majeure' definition), system failure qualifying as 'force majeure', actions of third parties (other than our subcontractors), which results in loss, damage or disappointment suffered by you as a result of your participation in (or inability to join) the Program.
  13. We and our affiliates, service providers, and business partners, including TT Commerce & Global Services, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and advisors will not assume any responsibility or liability for any inaccurate or failed electronic data transmission, technical faults, failed entries nor any inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or any other equipment not in our control, except to the extent we are responsible for such failure or unavailability.
  14. In the event of any dispute arising regarding the Program or Rewards, or relating to the corresponding interpretation of these Terms or the specific Program Terms, TikTok's decision shall be final and binding on all parties.
  15. Other than as expressly set out in these Terms, we and our affiliates, service providers, and business partners, including TT Commerce & Global Services, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and advisors do not make any promises or commitments about the Program, or Platform, such as the specific function of the Program, or its reliability, availability, or ability to meet your needs.
  16. If any of the terms herein are found to be illegal, invalid otherwise unenforceable, then they shall be deleted from these Terms and the remaining terms shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
  17. TikTok and our affiliates, service providers, and business partners, including TT Commerce & Global Services, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and advisors shall not be liable for:

PRIVACY

  1. All Program activity is subject to TikTok’s Privacy Policy and applicable law.
  2. TikTok may collect participants' personal information as necessary to operate the Program and process and distribute any Rewards.
  3. If applicable, if a participants is not willing to provide their respective required personal information if so requested for Rewards (such as mailing address), then TikTok will not be able to disburse the Rewards. By choosing not to provide the personal data, participants acknowledge that it will not receive any Rewards from this Program and will release and discharge us and our affiliates, service providers, and business partners, including TT Commerce & Global Services, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and advisors from any obligations in relation to it, and undertake to not submit any claim to TikTok with respect to any matter related to this Program.
